Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager Sales Marketing at our New Delhi location. The Assistant General Manager Sales Marketing is responsible for overseeing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves general management duties, team management, and delivering excellent customer service to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in General Management and Team Management
  • Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service Including B2B, B2C, B2G, B2P
  • Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus
