Role Overview: The L D Trainer will be responsible for designing, conducting, and evaluating learning programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across various departments — especially sales and operations. This role demands a hands-on professional who can connect with diverse learners, deliver engaging sessions, and contribute to building a strong learning culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training need analysis in coordination with department heads and managers.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on sales effectiveness, communication, customer handling, and behavioral skills.
Facilitate onboarding and induction sessions for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
Create and maintain training materials, e-learning modules, and assessment tools.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback forms, quizzes, and performance metrics.
Maintain training MIS and generate regular reports on learning outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement in training delivery through innovative methodologies.
Collaborate with the HR team to align L D initiatives with organizational goals.
Support employee engagement and career development programs.
Key Skills Competencies:
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to design and deliver both classroom and virtual learning sessions.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training impact.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern L D tools.
High energy, approachable, and a self-starter.
Qualification Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably in HR, Psychology, or Education).
Certification in L D/Training will be an added advantage.
4–5 years of experience in Learning Development or Sales Training (preferably from BFSI, fintech, or startup environments).
