We are seeking an experienced and proactive AM - Accounts Payable and GL to oversee our Finance operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting, excellent communication skills, strong Excel proficiency, and team-handling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and doing quality checks.
  • Must have worked on huge data and utilized MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor AP operations to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Review the related GL balances and be able to reconcile any differences.
  • Should understand GLs like advances, amortization and Fixed Asset accounting.
  • Must be a Champion of Change and drive new ways of working.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional SPOCs and stakeholders and provide resolution.
  • Closely work with management for strategic decision making
  • Providing support in periodic internal and external Audit.

What you'll need:

  • CA
  • 7 years+ experience in similar role in Finance and Accounting
  • Lead and supervise the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and doing quality checks.
  • Must have worked on huge data and utilized MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor AP operations to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
