Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Pune. We are looking for someone who can
own the admissions cycle end-to-end,
from first contact to final enrollment and consistently hit (or exceed) targets. You'll be the engine behind bringing the right founders into our program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take complete ownership of the admissions funnel,
    you drive it.
  • Convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and counselling sessions.
  • Explain the program structure, outcomes, and opportunities clearly and confidently.
  • Conduct admissions interviews and evaluate student fit.
  • Achieve weekly & monthly enrollment targets with consistency.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track funnel metrics.
  • Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality.
  • Represent Bolstart Startup School at events, webinars, and campus activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding admissions/enrollment targets
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with students and parents.
  • Comfortable managing high-volume calls and DMs.
  • Understanding of startup/tech ecosystem is a bonus.
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and highly accountable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in admissions, sales, counselling, or edtech.
  • Exceptional performers with slightly less experience may also apply.
