About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. As a BDA, you will play a key role in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales process. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in business, sales, or marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospective leads via calls, emails, and networking platforms.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, or presentations with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate client information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
  • Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve offerings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
