Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, crafting and delivering compelling presentations, and facilitating effective communication with potential clients. The role involves building relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, and contributing to the revenue goals of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
  • Experience in lead generation and conducting effective market research
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for engaging with clients
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Understanding of the IT training or education industry is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
