Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive acquisition of new B2B partners across IFA channels, national distributors, stockbrokers, and wealth firms.
  • Deepen relationships with existing partners to enhance engagement and increase wallet share.
  • Manage and scale a large client portfolio, focusing on Fixed Income and alternate investment products.
  • Generate investment inflows from assigned partner channels.
  • Conduct regular product training sessions for partners and clients on investment products such as Bonds and similar instruments.
  • Manage overall sales and revenue targets in the Western zone.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of 7-10 high-performing Relationship Managers.
  • Execute strategic initiatives, including business engagement activities with channel partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze process gaps and lead optimization projects.
  • Own the regional P&L, drive operational efficiency, and deliver business growth.

Key Requirements

CA (Preferred) / MBA (Finance) / CFA / Postgraduate.

Professional Experience:

  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B financial sales or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record in business development and channel partner acquisition.
  • Experience in managing a team of 7-10 sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, especially fixed income, bonds, or investment alternatives.
  • Exposure to fintech ecosystems or partnerships is a plus.
