Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with strong, hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads. In this role, you'll execute and optimize campaigns across the US and UK D2C markets, ensuring efficient spend and high ROI. Paid advertising will be your primary focus, with additional contributions to organic growth and content distribution as secondary levers. This is a high-execution role designed for someone eager to learn from senior growth leaders while owning day-to-day campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising (Primary Focus)

● Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

● Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for high-intent conversions.

● Monitor daily performance (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS) and implement data-driven optimizations.

● Collaborate with designers to test creatives (static, video, UGC) and provide performance-based feedback.

● Leverage AI tools for creative ideation, copy testing, reporting, and workflow automation.

● Run structured A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to drive efficiency.

● Support scaling of profitable campaigns across US & UK D2C markets.

● Stay ahead of platform updates, tools, and competitor strategies. Analytics & Reporting

● Track and report on campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.

● Use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Sheets/Excel to analyze results and guide optimizations.

● Contribute to budget planning and allocation with performance-driven input. Organic Growth & Content Distribution (Secondary Focus)

● Assist in distributing content across organic channels (SEO, social, communities).

● Track engagement metrics and share insights to improve reach.

● Repurpose paid creatives for organic campaigns in collaboration with the content/design

team.

Qualifications & Skills

● 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally at a high-growth startup or digital agency.

● Hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMAX, Demand Gen, YouTube, etc.) with exposure to US/UK D2C markets.

● Strong grasp of paid media metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, LTV.

● Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Excel/Sheets.

● Basic familiarity with SEO, social, or content distribution.

● Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.

● A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
