Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Paid Ads Expert. The Paid Ads Expert will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, analyzing data, optimizing ad performance, managing budgets, and creating engaging ad content. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and design teams to develop cohesive ad strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
  • Ability to optimize ad performance and manage budgets efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Experience in the children's education or entertainment industry is a plus
