About this Role
As a BRM Demand Manager at VOIS, you will play a pivotal role in driving governance, commercial alignment, and data strategy across new business initiatives. This role is central to managing demand intake, supporting financial governance, and delivering data-driven insights that enable strategic decision-making. You will act as a governance and data partner for RFPs and contracts, while also leading the Demand Data Strategy and Commercial Governance Framework for Technology VOIS. This is a highly collaborative role, interfacing with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and alignment for commercial success.
What you will do
- Demand Governance & Opportunity Management: Lead the intake, qualification, and validation of new business demands. Ensure structured progression through lifecycle gates and maintain audit-ready documentation and training.
- RFP & Contract Support: Act as a governance and data partner for RFPs and contracts. Oversee bid coordination, legal engagement, and digital contract execution. Monitor contract performance and amendments.
- Financial Governance & Commercial Alignment: Align demand with budgets, forecasts, and recharges. Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to validate pricing and investment structures.
- Data Strategy & Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead the Demand Data Strategy, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights through tools like FinX. Engage with Sales Ops, Solutioning, HR, and Delivery Ops to support strategic initiatives.
- Process Ownership & Compliance: Own the governance framework, track KPIs, manage deviations, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with governance standards.
