Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer, located in Gurugram. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, handling financial transactions, and meeting sales targets. The role involves interacting with clients to understand their financial needs, promoting bank products, and providing personalized banking solutions.

  • Proficiency in Sales
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
