Role & responsibilities
- To deliver a seamless client experience to the assigned as well as acquired clients by utilizing Client Service index.To ensure progressive curve by up-selling the chosen MF product basis assigned target.To deliver excellent On boarding experience to all the WP clients within specified TATPreparing the Business MIS & Feedback funnel on a regular basis.
- To deliver training on Importance of MF to WP batches, before hand, ensure you are regularly updated / cross trained on such areas/avenues
- To facilitate & ensure the satisfactory completion / activation of all the MF redemption cases, thus helping ensure retention level of clients at the highest level.
Preferred candidate profile
- Persuasive communication, interpersonal & networking skills.Should possess influencing & negotiating skills with an analytical framework in place.MS Office data analytic, content development & presentation skills, as per Industry standardsGood Experience in Client Servicing, Up selling & Complaints Handling with proven track record In-depth knowledge of the Financial services industry and its current eventsSelf motivated, Positive attitude, Ambitious & Result oriented approach as essential attributes.
