Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled IT & Vigilance Executive to manage the end-to-end IT infrastructure and surveillance operations across all our stores(12+). Work location Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CCTV installation, cloud-based monitoring (AWS preferred), and strong command over network, hardware, and vendor management.

This role demands both technical expertise and field supervision, ensuring seamless monitoring, system uptime, and operational safety across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complete IT infrastructure management systems, networks, and servers.
  • Handle CCTV installation, configuration, and centralized live monitoring across all branches.
  • Ensure real-time vigilance and coordination with on-ground security personnel.
  • Manage AWS / Cloud-based CCTV integrations for remote access and data backup.
  • Monitor and maintain ISP connections, routers, firewalls, and data connectivity.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance of IT hardware — laptops, PCs, printers, and other equipment.
  • Manage and coordinate vendors, AMC partners, and service technicians for timely resolution.
  • Maintain IT inventory, access controls, and data protection protocols.
  • Prepare reports on system health, uptime, and incident response.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in IT infrastructure or vigilance operations.
  • Proficient in CCTV systems (Hikvision / CP Plus / Dahua) and NVR/DVR management.
  • Strong understanding of AWS / Cloud Monitoring Solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Experience in vendor management and multi-site IT operations preferred.
