About The Role
QuadricIT is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
ERP Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
with proven experience in selling ERP solutions — preferably
Odoo or similar platforms
. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ERP ecosystem, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and lead generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and ZoomInfo.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage leads through every stage of the sales funnel.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and initial requirement discussions with potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including client negotiations, contract finalization, and transition to the delivery team.
  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
  • Track and report sales activities using CRM tools such as Odoo CRM, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Odoo's product roadmap to position our solutions effectively.
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and value-based engagement to maximize conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in ERP / SaaS / IT Solution Sales (Odoo experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, Acumatica, or Dynamics 365.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, and closing enterprise deals.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
