Role descriptions

We're seeking a
Sales and Marketing Specialist
who will drive customer acquisition, manage lead generation campaigns, build brand presence, and collaborate closely with the product and implementation teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You'll be the bridge between
technology and business success
— identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and promoting MyBizz ERP's value across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert business leads for MyBizz ERP solutions.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, events).
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, resellers, and implementation partners.
  • Manage CRM pipelines, track performance metrics, and generate reports.
  • Develop marketing collateral, case studies, and client success stories.
  • Research competitors, markets, and emerging trends to refine strategies.
  • Support brand-building initiatives and event participation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA Mandatory)
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    ERP / SaaS / B2B Sales & Marketing
    .
  • Proven track record in lead generation and deal closures.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
