Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales by building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales operations, and overseeing sales management activities to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships
  • Ability to conduct Technical presentations to customers and their Techinical Teams
  • Grasp in Engineering, ability to explain Techincal Features to customers, preparation of Machine Costing and past experience in Pharmaceutical Machinery sales will be an added advantage.
  • Keen analytical and organizational skills to manage priorities and adapt marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Or Chemical Engineering, Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Preparation of PPTs is essential.
  • Age Bracket : Around 40 years of age.
  • Languange proficiency : Must speak fluent English, Hindi and Telugu.
