Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily responsibilities include sales outreach, customer service, conducting training sessions for stakeholders, and managing sales pipelines. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to identify market needs and ensure client satisfaction while adhering to company sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Sales and Sales Management expertise for identifying leads, managing pipelines, and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in Training stakeholders about products or solutions to ensure knowledge transfer and satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
