Job Summary:

The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation, customization, and integration of ERP systems across the organization. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful adoption of the ERP solution aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead, and execute ERP implementation projects from initiation to post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.) to gather and define business requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and resources effectively.
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration, and integration with other business applications.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth transition to production.
  • Collaborate with ERP vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT and data security policies.
  • Develop project documentation, status reports, and training materials for end-users.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization within ERP workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in ERP project management (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems).
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, HR, and operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ERP upgrades, migrations, or multi-site rollouts.
  • Exposure to cloud-based ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP S/4HANA).
  • Experience in change management and user training programs
