Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager, located in New Delhi. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing new accounts, managing existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining regular communication with clients, developing account plans, and working closely with other departments to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
Qualifications
- Account Management, Client Servicing, and Customer Retention skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the travel and event management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
