Trainee Engineer Procurement

Description
- Support senior procurement professionals in preparing and issuing Request for Quotations (RFQs) and bid evaluations.
- Assist in preparation of bid tabulations, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
- Coordinate with suppliers, engineering, and project teams for document submissions and clarifications.
- Support expediting activities to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supplier-related issues.
- Support and coordinate with document controllers for supplier document and Engineering document management.
- Assist in maintaining procurement records and databases for reporting and tracking.
- Gain familiarity with industry procurement practices, codes, and standards.
- Undertake assigned tasks with a focus on learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
- Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade without any active backlog in the qualifying examination
- Candidates should be passing out as part of the 2026 batch only
This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
