Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee – Mechanical Engineering

Location: Saki Naka, Andheri East

Qualification:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum CGPA: 7.0
  • Active member of BAJA SAE or similar automotive design teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Product Development:
  • Assist in the design and development of new mechanical products, ensuring they meet specified requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design, functionality, and manufacturability.
  • Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation processes.
  • Procurement Support:
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials and components.
  • Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders based on material requirements.
  • Maintain records of procurement transactions and supplier communications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and material selection
