As a
Graduate Trainee Engineer,
you will be part of the engineering team, where you will receive training and hands-on experience in various Electrical, Mechanical & Piping engineering processes. This entry-level position provides recent graduates with an opportunity to gain practical experience, develop technical skills, and understand the engineering workflows within the company. You will assist in project support, contribute to design and testing tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Under the mentorship of experienced engineers, you will learn to apply Electrical, Mechanical & Piping engineering principles to real-world projects, contribute to troubleshooting and optimization, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

- Understand project requirements and fulfill all duties assigned by the Supervisor, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Learning and Development
- Shadow senior staff members, actively engage by asking questions, and assist in various tasks to gain hands-on experience and knowledge.
Feedback and Improvement
- Raise concerns and make suggestions for improvement where appropriate, contributing to the enhancement of project processes and outcomes.
Research and Site Visits
- Conduct research as needed and participate in site visits to gain practical insights into project execution and challenges.
Training and Workshops
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and other training initiatives to enhance technical skills and professional development.
Documentation and Communication
- Take detailed notes during activities and share findings with supervisors and relevant stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Relationship Building
- Establish professional relationships with staff members and peers, fostering a collaborative work environment and learning from experienced professionals.
