Role Summary/Purpose

The Procurement Engineer will manage end-to-end procurement for membrane-based separation projects, covering sourcing, vendor management, contract and cost control, compliance, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, RFQs, bid evaluation, and vendor negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
  • Monitor budgets, contracts, and cost estimates to achieve project cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements, while keeping accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, logistics, and sales teams to support project execution and tender submissions.
  • Oversee quality assurance of procured items and expedite vendor deliverables.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related).
  • 3–5 years of procurement experience in
    membrane-based separation, water treatment or industrial projects
    . (main parts are including pump, valves, instruments, membranes, water treatment plants)
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement/project tools.
  • Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
