Qualifications: Full time GraduatesJob Summary:We are looking for process-driven Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities related to Credit Card processing, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and Finacle Core Banking operations. This role requires good understanding of financial products, strong system knowledge and a proactive approach to process improvements and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:Credit Card Operations:End-to-end processing of credit card applications, issuance, and lifecycle management.
Monitor and manage daily transactions, reconciliations, and settlements. Handle chargebacks, disputes, and fraud investigations. Coordinate with vendors, card networks (Visa/Mastercard), and internal stakeholders.
Loan Origination System (LOS) Operations:Manage onboarding of loan applications in LOS, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with credit, legal, and sales teams for timely loan processing and disbursement. Monitor system queues, validate customer data, and ensure documentation compliance.
Generate MIS reports and track key operational KPIs. Finacle Core Banking Operations:Perform daily banking transactions and back-office activities in Finacle. Process account opening, term deposits, loan accounts, and financial entries.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Support troubleshooting and resolution of system-related issues. Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree – Full time1 years of experience in banking operations with exposure to Credit Card or LOS or Finacle.
Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (RBI, KYC/AML norms). Proficiency in MS Excel, banking systems, and operational reporting. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
