Job Description

Job Description: Credit Card Portfolio - Inorganic Portfolio Manager

Department: Credit Card-Marketing HO

Experience Level: 6 to 8 years overall (3-5 years in credit card domain is preferred)

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the complete PLCC product lifecycle from ideation to launch by driving continuous improvements based on customer insights, regulatory inputs, and market trends.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Campaigns, Cards Operations, BU teams, Risk, and Technology to gather business requirements and ensure timely, aligned execution.
3. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of internal policy frameworks, regulatory requirements (e.g., RBI's Digital Lending Guidelines), and digital customer journeys
4. Leverage performance metrics and campaign analytics to track business KPIs, customer behavior, and product penetration to identify opportunities for optimization
5. Monitor and prioritize product changes, enhancements, and feature rollouts while coordinating with technology teams to ensure timely and quality delivery

Job Requirement

1. Education - Full Time - MBA
2. Relevant Experience: 3-5 years in the BFSI or Fintech industry, preferably in unsecured lending or credit card products
3. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to derive actionable insights from complex data and translate them into business initiatives
4. Leadership & Communication: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across verticals
5. Execution & Delivery: Proven project management capabilities to handle multiple priorities under tight timelines with high attention to detail
6. Proficiency in MS-office
