
Business Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Institutional Sales to drive sales growth in the furniture segment targeted at institutions such as corporates, government bodies, educational institutions, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, key account management, and strategic planning to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and develop new institutional clients for furniture sales.
- Pitch customized furniture solutions to corporates, government departments, schools, colleges, and other institutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, PMC consultants, and procurement heads.
- Act as a single point of contact for institutional clients.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and client needs.
- Tendering & Bidding:
- Participate in government and institutional tenders.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, installation, and after-sales service.
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & MIS:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Submit periodic reports to management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
