  • Drive Requirements Gathering: Work closely with People & Operations team stakeholders to document and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.

  • Lead User Testing: Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the platform meets stakeholder expectations and resolving bugs or defects.

  • Enhance Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

  • Support Change Management: Partner with the Change team to drive effective communication and change management initiatives globally.

  • Ensure Project Success: Collaborate with the PMO to meet project milestones and deliverables on time.
