Role & responsibilities

  • Act as a Business Product Owner for the People and Operations teams ServiceNow HRSD platform, championing client needs and requirements to the Technology team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Operations Manager and Product Owner to drive large-scale ServiceNow HRSD application delivery and technology initiatives.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from People team stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives/scope.
  • Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders, ensuring developed functionality and processes meet stakeholder requirements; report and escalate bugs or defects for immediate backlog prioritization.
  • Arrange and help prioritize critical issues and required information to support efficient decision making.
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure timely resolution of key production issues.
  • Work in partnership with the Change team to support effective change management and communication across Deloitte Global.
  • Coordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved in accordance with the project plan.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 10-13 years of experience in workflow and process development within HR technology, preferably ServiceNow HRSD
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to represent business needs to technical teams.
  • Experience working in agile project environments and virtual, cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to gather, prioritize, and document business requirements to drive efficiency and deliver an excellent user experience.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is an advantage.
  • ServiceNow certifications in CSA is must and CIS in ITSM or HRSD are strongly preferred.
