Skills:

  1. Electrical Load/Demand Calculation & Electrical Load Schedule

  2. Logical Power/Lighting/Data/Fire Alarm/CCTV Design and Detailed InstallaƟons Drawings.

  3. Expert Skills on Electrical Requirements of Equipment such as Chiller, Pumps, AHU, Fire Pumps, Lifts, etc.

  4. Knowledge on Building Management System.

  5. Able to author Electrical Technical Specifications AND Design Basis Reports

  6. Must be authoritative in NBC/CPWD Design Guides.

  7. Must be knowledgeable in Designing/Specifying Motor Control Centre / Controllers / Motor Starters / Drives.

  8. Able to Author Electrical Equipment Selection.

  9. Voltage Drop / Short Circuit CalculaƟons in Excel.

  10. Dimensioning Spaces required for Electrical Equipment and Installations.

  11. Familiar with Lighting Power Density Limits as per ASHRAE 90.1.

  12. Can do Detailed Material Take-off.

  13. Knowledgeable in Government Schedule of Rates (DSR, HSR, etc.).

  14. Familiar with Sustainability Certification (i.e. LEED Bream, IGBC, etc.).
