Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a BIM Architect / Landscape Architect. The BIM Architect / Landscape Architect will be responsible for developing and overseeing architectural drawings, managing building information modeling (BIM) projects, and ensuring the accuracy of construction drawings and submittals. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with various stakeholders, preparing detailed design documentation, and ensuring project compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Architecture, Landscape, Interior disciplines
  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and documentation for various stages
  • Skilled in creating and managing Construction Drawings and Submittals
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture ,Landscape or related field
  • Relevant certifications and experience in the AEC industry are a plus
