Key Responsibilities
A. Franchise Network Development
Identify and onboard high-potential investors and entrepreneurs aligned with the companys jewelry retail business model.
Execute regional franchise expansion plans based on market potential, investment appetite, and brand growth objectives.
Conduct financial feasibility studies and prepare ROI projections specific to jewelry retail.
Negotiate and finalize franchise proposals in coordination with Legal and Finance teams.
B. Market Research & Location Mapping
Conduct detailed catchment and competition analysis to identify viable cities and towns for jewelry retail.
Map tier-wise expansion potential using local gold purchase behavior and income segmentation.
Benchmark competitors (Tanishq, Kalyan, Malabar, PCJ, etc.) for market share and store placement strategy.
C. Franchisee Relationship & Support
Provide ongoing operational, marketing, and merchandising support to existing franchise partners.
Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, and Marketing teams for store launch readiness.
Conduct quarterly franchise business reviews covering sales, footfall, and conversion ratios.
D. Revenue & ROI Accountability
Ensure franchise stores achieve targeted breakeven within 12–18 months.
Track and improve same-store sales growth (SSSG) for franchise partners.
Recommend marketing interventions to enhance footfall and jewelry conversion.
E. Legal, Financial & Project Coordination
Liaise with Legal for agreement vetting, registration, and documentation.
Coordinate with Projects for timely store handover and CAPEX management.
Validate franchise investments ensuring transparency and compliance.
