Job Description Regional Head - Stock Broking & Investment Products, B2B Franchisee & Partner Alliances 1. Achieve given AUM and Revenue targets 2. Responsible for mentoring, monitoring and driving the regional sales team to achieve the sales numbers through Partner Alliances - IFA, Franchisee, Remisier Channel. Engage and influence them to sell MF, PMS, PE, AIF, Unlisted Shares, Equity Advisory Products, Insurance, Direct Equity and Bonds . Conduct seminars for the Franchisees and their clients on different products. 3. Maintain relationships with the existing network of Partners Alliances - Franchisees & IFAs 4. Recruit potential new IFAs and Franchisees. 5. Manage, recruit and drive the regional sales team for meeting efforts and performance targets. 6. Ensure highest servicing standard for IFAs and Franchisees in the areas of sales support, query resolution, product training and client seminars 7. Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit etc with the help of products & training team. - Experience in Handling Partnership Alliance Channel - IFA, Franchisee - Knowledge of Equity/ Stocks/ Shares, - Knowledge of Investments products - Mutual Funds, PMS- Portfolio Management Services, Stock Broking, Corporate FD. 1) 8+ Years in sales of Equity Broking & investment products (Mutual Funds, PMS) through IFA & Franchisee channel. 2) Team handling experience: Needed 3) Domain Knowledge: Understanding of market pulse, trade knowledge, understanding of the indirect channel 4) IT Skills: MS Office and Business Intelligence Applications
