Utilizing data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to disrupt traditional marketplaces and become a category leader through its adjacent B2C platforms such as Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Head - Interior located in Bengaluru. The Regional Head - Interior will oversee and manage daily operations, implement strategies to drive growth, lead a team of interior designers, ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and collaborate with clients to understand their needs. This role requires closely working with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Management and leadership skills to oversee and guide a team
  • Experience in project management and meeting timelines and budgets
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work closely with other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the proptech or real estate industry is a plus
