Innovaccer Analytics is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Associate - Demand Generation to join our innovative team in the accounting industry. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the demand generation initiatives that fuel our business growth and expand our reach. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to engage and convert prospects, leveraging a mix of digital marketing, content marketing, and lead nurturing tactics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the accounting space and proven experience in generating high-quality leads through creative and effective marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to ensure alignment on messaging and tactics. Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize demand generation campaigns across various channels, focusing on lead acquisition and conversion
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target segments
  • Work closely with the content team to produce high-quality, relevant content that resonates with prospective customers
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve ROI
  • Manage lead nurturing workflows and maintain contact databases for efficient follow-up and engagement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of leads and provide necessary support through the sales funnel
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to implement in our demand generation efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on the accounting industry
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and contribute to sales growth
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform marketing strategies
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and SEM
