GTM Engineering Intern (Growth & Automation) — Litlabs

Why this role

Join Litlabs to help build and scale our outbound GTM engine. You'll blend technical problem-solving with hands-on growth work: building lead pipelines, running cold email and LinkedIn outbound, and automating the boring stuff so we can learn faster and grow smarter.

What you'll do

  • Own cold outbound experiments
  • Draft, launch, and iterate cold email & LinkedIn sequences (copy, targeting, A/B tests).
  • Monitor deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), warm inboxes, manage sending domains, and throttle safely.
  • Build lead pipelines
  • Define ICPs and segments, research accounts & contacts, and enrich data from multiple sources.
  • Keep lists clean and CRMs tidy; set up lead scoring and qualification workflows.
  • Ship GTM automations
  • Use tools/APIs like n8n, Clay to enrich leads, trigger sequences, log CRM activities, and sync data across systems.
  • Create small scripts and workflows (e.g., Python/Apps Script/Zapier/Make) to remove manual steps.
  • Partner on GTM strategy
  • Help shape positioning, messaging, and channel mix for B2B audiences.
  • Run weekly learnings reviews: what we tried, what worked, what didn't, and what's next.
  • Measure what matters
  • Instrument dashboards for reply rate, positive reply rate, meetings booked, pipeline created, and CAC-relevant metrics.
  • Present insights and recommendations; turn results into new hypotheses.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Are
    curious about lead gen and outbound
    —you may know a little, or be eager to learn a lot.
  • Understand the basics of
    B2B sales & marketing
    (funnels, ICP, personas, messaging).
  • Are
    technical enough to automate
    : you can wrangle CSVs/Sheets, APIs, and no-code tools; bonus for Python/JavaScript.
  • Write
    clear, concise copy
    and are comfortable testing variations.
  • Are data-driven, organized, and biased to action. You iterate quickly and document what you learn.

Nice-to-haves (not required)

  • Experience with tools like: HubSpot/Salesforce, Apollo/ZoomInfo/Clay, Lemlist/Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clearbit, PhantomBuster, Zapier/Make, Notion, Looker/Metabase.
  • Comfort with email infrastructure basics (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, inbox rotation).
  • Prior internships or projects in growth, sales ops, marketing ops, or data engineering.
