Encourageongoing professional development and learning within the team, fostering aculture of improvement.Identifyopportunities to improve workflows and implement technological innovations toenhance efficiency.Participatein firm -wide initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and expand intoemerging areas of law.     Manage data and appointments for a large client base (45,000 people)     Ensure smooth team coordination and follow -ups     Maintain and organize office records and documents     Handle basic document structuring and typing     Oversee daily office operations and administration A disciplined, well -organized, and devoted individual with a touch of bhakti would be a perfect fit.
