हम अपनी उत्पादन टीम में शामिल होने के लिए एक कुशल और अनुभवी मिलिंग और डीआरओ मशीन ऑपरेटर की तलाश कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार चित्रों और विनिर्देशों के अनुसार सटीक घटक बनाने के लिए डीआरओ (डिजिटल रीडआउट) सिस्टम से लैस पारंपरिक मिलिंग मशीनों के संचालन के लिए ज़िम्मेदार होगा। सटीकता, बारीकियों पर ध्यान और सुरक्षा एवं गुणवत्ता मानकों का पालन आवश्यक है।

प्रमुख ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:

• तकनीकी चित्रों के अनुसार घटकों को मशीन करने के लिए DRO सिस्टम से सुसज्जित मिलिंग मशीनों (मैनुअल/पारंपरिक) का संचालन करना।

• इंजीनियरिंग चित्रों, मापों और सहनशीलता को सटीक रूप से पढ़ना और समझना।

• मशीनिंग कार्यों के लिए उपकरण, फिक्स्चर और वर्कपीस सेट करना।

• विभिन्न सामग्रियों (MS, SS, एल्युमीनियम, आदि) के लिए सही मशीन सेटिंग्स, कटिंग स्पीड और फीड सुनिश्चित करना।

• वर्नियर कैलिपर्स, माइक्रोमीटर और हाइट गेज जैसे माप उपकरणों का उपयोग करके गुणवत्ता जाँच करना।

• नियमित सफाई, स्नेहन और मामूली रखरखाव के माध्यम से मशीन को अच्छी कार्यशील स्थिति में बनाए रखना।

• दैनिक उत्पादन डेटा रिकॉर्ड करना और पर्यवेक्षक को रिपोर्ट करना।

• सुरक्षा मानकों और कंपनी के उत्पादन प्रोटोकॉल का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।

• मशीनिंग संबंधी समस्याओं या विसंगतियों को हल करने के लिए डिज़ाइन और उत्पादन टीमों के साथ समन्वय करना।

Location: Nangli Sakrawati, Najafgarh

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Milling & DRO Machine Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating conventional milling machines equipped with DRO (Digital Readout) systems to produce precision components as per drawings and specifications. Accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate milling machines (manual/conventional) fitted with DRO systems to machine components as per technical drawings.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, measurements, and tolerances accurately.
• Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces for machining operations.
• Ensure correct machine settings, cutting speeds, and feeds for various materials (MS, SS, Aluminum, etc.).
• Perform quality checks using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Maintain the machine in good working condition through regular cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance.
• Record daily production data and report to the supervisor.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company production protocols.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve machining issues or discrepancies.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong knowledge of milling operations and machine setup.
• Ability to operate DRO (Digital Readout) systems.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and precision measuring tools.
• Good understanding of machining tolerances and surface finish.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality, productivity, and safety.

Qualification & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Machinist, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 7 years of experience operating Milling & DRO machines in a manufacturing unit (preferably sheet metal or fabrication industry).

Salary Range:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level)
