Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Production Machine Operator to join our team. - positions 8 Open

Machine operations: Production Machines, Multislider Machine

Qualifications:

  • 10th/12th pass with good maths and basic english OR ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in a relevant field.

  • Proven experience as a Production Technician in a manufacturing environment will be added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

For ITI Fitter:

  • Perform fitting, assembling, and installation of mechanical components and machines.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly layouts, and job specifications.
  • Handle drilling, grinding, cutting, and alignment work.
  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and tools.
  • Ensure proper use of hand tools and measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, etc.).
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline at the workplace.

For ITI Machinist:

  • Operate conventional machines such as lathe, milling, shaping, surface grinding, and drilling.
  • Read engineering drawings and produce components within tolerance limits.
  • Perform machine setup, tool selection, and dimension checking using precision instruments.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and lubrication of machines.
  • Ensure quality control during machining operations.
  • Follow all safety standards and production schedules.

Working Conditions:

  • Workshop/Factory environment.
  • May require standing for long hours and handling machinery.
  • Must follow PPE and safety regulations.

EXPERIENCE:-

  • Min 1 to 3 years of experience in sheet metal press tool mfg. industry.

  • Min ITI fitter, Machinist, Turner.

Salary Range:

  • Based on qualification and experience (as per company policy / industry standards).
