Cloudology Kitchenlabs Pvt. Ltd. एक कुशल और विश्वसनीय लेथ मशीन ऑपरेटर की तलाश में है जो हमारी उत्पादन टीम को सहयोग दे सके। यह भूमिका हमारे वाणिज्यिक किचन उपकरणों के निर्माण में उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले घटकों के निर्माण के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। आदर्श उम्मीदवार को मशीन संचालन में निपुण होना चाहिए, प्रिसिजन इंजीनियरिंग की समझ होनी चाहिए, और गुणवत्ता मानकों को बनाए रखना चाहिए। आपको उत्पादन इंजीनियरों और फैब्रिकेशन टीम के साथ मिलकर समय पर और सटीक उत्पादन सुनिश्चित करना होगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

  • मैनुअल या सेमी-ऑटोमैटिक लेथ मशीन को चलाना और प्रबंधित करना — जैसे टर्निंग, फेसिंग, ड्रिलिंग, थ्रेडिंग और ग्रूविंग जैसे कार्यों के लिए।
  • तकनीकी ड्रॉइंग और जॉब स्पेसिफिकेशन को समझना और उसके अनुसार मशीनिंग आवश्यकताओं का निर्धारण करना।
  • वर्कपीस और टूल्स को सही ढंग से सेटअप करना और मशीन की उचित कैलिब्रेशन सुनिश्चित करना।
  • वर्नियर कैलिपर, माइक्रोमीटर, और डायल गेज जैसे प्रिसिजन इंस्ट्रूमेंट्स से इन-प्रोसेस इंस्पेक्शन करना।
  • मशीनिंग प्रक्रिया की निगरानी करना और उच्च गुणवत्ता व सटीकता बनाए रखना।
  • मशीन में आने वाली छोटी तकनीकी समस्याओं का समाधान करना और गंभीर समस्याओं को मेंटेनेंस टीम तक पहुँचाना।
  • मशीन की नियमित सफाई, ऑयलिंग और रखरखाव सुनिश्चित करना।
  • सुरक्षित कार्य पद्धतियों का पालन करना और वर्कशॉप की सभी सुरक्षा गाइडलाइनों का सख्ती से अनुपालन करना।
  • फैब्रिकेशन टीम को दैनिक उत्पादन लक्ष्य पूरा करने में सहयोग देना और प्रक्रिया की दक्षता में सुधार लाना।

उम्मीदवार की आवश्यकताएँ (Candidate Requirements):

  • आईटीआई / डिप्लोमा – मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग, फिटर, टर्नर या संबंधित ट्रेड में।
  • लेथ मशीन संचालन में 3 से 15 वर्ष का व्यावहारिक अनुभव।
  • न्यूनतम पर्यवेक्षण में स्वतंत्र रूप से कार्य करने की क्षमता।
  • कार्य में सूक्ष्मता, गुणवत्ता और सटीकता के प्रति समर्पण।
  • वर्कशॉप सेफ्टी स्टैंडर्ड्स और क्वालिटी कंट्रोल प्रक्रियाओं की जानकारी।
  • शारीरिक रूप से सक्षम और मशीन शॉप वातावरण में कार्य करने में सहज।
  • जिम्मेदार, समयनिष्ठ और टीम भावना से कार्य करने वाला व्यक्ति।
