**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or turning) to perform machining operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
- Monitor machine operations to detect problems and ensure quality standards.
- Perform quality checks using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and production efficiency.
- Maintain tools and equipment, and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Keep accurate records of production activities and completed jobs.
- Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining or mechanical field preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Proficiency with measuring tools and machine controls.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) and CAM software is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with G-code programming.
- Experience in preventive maintenance of machines.
- Team player with good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
