Job Title: Supervisor (Rice Mill & Flour Mill Industry)

Location: Delhi

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Education: Graduation (Bachelor's Degree)

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000 per month

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily operations in the rice mill and flour mill industry to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

Monitor and maintain stock levels of raw materials (grains, flour, rice) and finished products, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely replenishment.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of industry-specific machines such as grain separators, de-huskers, polishers, pulverizers, and roller mills.

Utilize computer systems for data entry, inventory management, and report generation.

Ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting of rice and flour mill machinery to prevent downtime.

Coordinate with team members and machine operators to ensure seamless production.

Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Assist in training and guiding staff for improved performance and technical skills.

Generate reports on stock movements, production efficiency, and overall performance.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the rice mill or flour mill industry.

Must have graduation as a minimum educational qualification.

Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Inventory Management Software, ERP Systems, etc.).

In-depth knowledge of stock management, inventory control, and mill operations.

Familiarity with industrial machinery used in rice mills and flour mills.

Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
