Job Title: Production supervisor for PU and EVA
Location: Bahadurgarh/Haryana
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years from Footwear Industry
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site
**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic professional from Production Supervisor who can also manage the entire production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards within the manufacturing facility.
1. Production Planning and Execution:
- Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives.
- Coordinating and assigning tasks to production staff, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources.
- Monitoring production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with supply chain staff to ensure raw materials are available on schedule.
2. Team Management:
- Leading and motivating a team of production workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members to improve performance.
- Addressing employee grievances and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and company standards.
3. Quality Control:
- Ensuring that quality control standards and protocols are followed throughout the production process.
- Conducting regular inspections of products and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Addressing quality-related issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
4. Equipment Maintenance:
- Conducting regular equipment and machinery inspections to identify potential issues.
- Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure repairs and servicing are completed in a timely manner.
- Preventing downtime and optimizing production efficiency by minimizing equipment failures.
5. Reporting and Communication:
- Preparing and submitting production reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries.
- Communicating with other departments, such as purchasing, stores, and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow.
- Participating in meetings and providing updates on production progress and performance.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Identifying opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Implementing new process changes and best practices to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented changes and making adjustments as needed.
Specific to PU and EVA:
- Understanding the properties of PU and EVA materials is essential for proper handling, processing, and quality control.
- Supervisors should be familiar with the specific production processes and equipment used for these materials.
Knowledge of potential defects and quality issues associated with PU and EVA production is crucial.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
