Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Faridabad

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise day-to-day manufacturing activities to meet production targets.

2. Coordinate with team members to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

3. Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.

4. Monitor equipment performance and address any maintenance or operational issues promptly.

5. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

6. Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

7. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for process optimization and resource allocation.

8. Maintain accurate production records and reports for performance evaluation.

9. Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise among production team members.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to implement best practices in production processes.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills.

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

6. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

7. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

8. Flexibility to work in shifts as required.
