Key Responsibilities

  • Automation Strategy & Frameworks
    : Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks using Java and C#, leveraging Selenium for UI testing.
  • Test Development
    : Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • CI/CD Integration
    : Embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality checks.
  • Defect Analysis
    : Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
  • Mentorship & Leadership
    : Guide junior QA engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    : Work with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to align testing with business goals.
  • Reporting & Documentation
    : Maintain clear documentation of test cases, results, and automation coverage metrics.
