About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Tech & Growth Lead to join the Founder's Office. This role goes beyond pure coding—it's about owning the technology vision, enabling rapid execution, and bridging the gap between product, marketing, and technology. You will guide developers, integrate APIs, manage platforms (like Shopify), and ensure our technology backbone supports growth.

This is not just a job, it's a founder's ally role—perfect for someone with entrepreneurial drive, technical depth, and a passion for creating impact.

Key Responsibilities


• Technology Leadership, enhance existing app, be able to fix, lead tech products. Strong coding experience in and JavaScript (other modern frameworks a plus)


• Build, review, and optimize front-end ) and back-end systems.


• Manage and improve Shopify storefronts, custom integrations, and plug-ins.


• Guide junior developers and manage external tech partners.


• Architect scalable solutions using APIs and third-party tools.


• Guide and manage martech tools (analytics, automation, CRM).


• Support campaign tracking, performance dashboards, and lead flows.


• Ensure smooth integration of marketing and sales tech stacks.


• Work closely with the founder on tech strategy and execution.


• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.


• Contribute to cross-functional decisions in product, growth, and operations.

Skills & Experience Requiredft

Must-have technical skills:


• Strong coding experience in and JavaScript (other modern frameworks a plus).


• Comfort with APIs, integrations, and databases.


• Working knowledge of Shopify development/customization.


• Bonus skills:


• Familiarity with marketing technology (MarTech) – CRMs, email automation, analytics.


• Basic design sense to collaborate with UI/UX teams.

Mindset & Traits:


• Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to wear multiple hats.


• Hands-on builder with problem-solving approach.


• Strong communication and ability to work directly with founders.


• Eager to learn, experiment, and contribute beyond pure tech.
