Role Overview

This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role directly working with the Founder. The candidate will be responsible for driving
innovation, new ideas, partnerships, and growth experiments
that can significantly scale Nynii's impact. This is not a typical corporate role — it is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, creates solutions from scratch, and is excited to shape a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Idea to Execution:
    Conceptualize, pilot, and implement innovative initiatives to improve platform reach, user adoption, and gig-worker onboarding.
  • Market Research & Trends:
    Identify new opportunities, technologies, and trends in gig economy, home services, and consumer behavior.
  • Strategic Projects:
    Support the Founder in high-priority projects including partnerships, fundraising, and ecosystem collaborations.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:
    Work with product, marketing, operations, and business teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Problem Solving:
    Identify bottlenecks in user experience, brand growth, or worker supply — and develop scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
  • Metrics & Impact:
    Define success metrics for new initiatives and ensure measurable impact on Nynii's growth.

What We're Looking For

  • A

  • Some of experience (fresh MBAs, entrepreneurs, consultants, or high-potential graduates are welcome).
