About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic Strategy & Growth Expert who can think like a founder — someone who can plan, execute, and scale operations in the education industry with speed, creativity, and precision. You'll work closely with the founding team to drive marketing, sales, operations, hiring, and growth strategy — ensuring execution from idea to result.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute growth strategies to scale user acquisition, retention, and revenue.


• Manage and optimize marketing & ad campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).


• Lead and train callers and sales teams for achieving admission/sales targets.


• Drive data-driven decisions through marketing analytics and
funnel optimization.


• Plan and execute partnerships, collaborations, and new market launches.


• Take full ownership of operations, hiring, and process building for rapid growth.


• Work with product & tech teams to align features with student and educator needs.


• Identify and implement creative marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI.


• Ensure every initiative aligns with startup agility, speed, and resource optimization.

Requirements:


• Proven experience (2+ years) in growth, marketing, or operations, preferably in EdTech or Education sector.


• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, ads, and analytics tools.


•
Excellent understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion metrics.


• Strong execution mindset — gets things done without dependency.


• Team-building skills – from hiring to leading and managing small, efficient teams.


• Strategic thinker with a founder's mindset — ownership, problem-solving, and accountability.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
