About the Role

As part of the
Founder's Office
, you will work directly with the
CEO and leadership team
to drive high-impact strategic initiatives, manage key client projects, and integrate AI tools into real-world business workflows.

This is a
hands-on, high-ownership role
where strategy, execution, and innovation come together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track cross-functional projects end-to-end.
  • Implement and optimize workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Retell, Make, HubSpot, and Notion AI.
  • Conduct market and ICP research to support GTM strategy across the US and Indian markets.
  • Build and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure on-time delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Support leadership in executing special projects related to AI automation, analytics, and business growth.
