Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth across both B2B and B2C markets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent market knowledge, and proven experience in handling team targets and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage the field sales team across territories.
- Develop sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Drive both retail (B2C) and channel/distributor (B2B) sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and corporate buyers.
- Track team performance and ensure daily/weekly reporting.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and showroom sales pushes.
- Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and territory mapping.
Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Age: Between 30 to 35 years
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales (B2B & B2C)
- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate
- Good communication & team handling ability
- Computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid license
- Should be familiar with Trivandrum and surrounding markets
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month
- TA / DA as per company policy
- Attractive Incentives on performance
- Age: Between 30 to 35 years
- Experience: Above 6 years in Sales (B2B & B2C)
- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate
