Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting real estate solutions, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role will also involve coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and providing regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and meeting sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Basic understanding of real estate market trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills
- Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
